Medio Style Box – Light Elm – The Dormouse.

This darling little Dormouse has found a cosy niche in the lid of this unusual looking box. What do I like about the appearance of this particular box? I am really taken with the green markings around the edge of the raised area and, once I had cut the lid off, the distinctive green patch which appeared under where the Dormouse is sleeping. Try not to wake the little beastie when you slide the lid off. It is also a very busy box inside, with a tray and drawer beneath, a nested  tray and another little drawer unit.

There is no charge for an inscription on the base.
