Medio Style Box – Elm Burr – Bumble Bee.

Lynn Hazel’s solitary Bumble Bee has decided to land on the rough edge of one of the most exquisitely figured boxes in this year’s Collection. Elm Burr, with such extensive pippy markings, is extremely rare and simply doesn’t get any prettier. The inside is also very noteworthy – the main tray has a deep hidey hole and a lift out drawer unit.

I was filled with trepidation when I started to cut this block. I do mess up, very occasionally, and the thought of ruining such a beautiful block of wood filled me with horror. I hope you like the result.

There is no charge for an inscription on the base.
